MAY 2023 - PRESENT

• Driving premium card penetration across Europe to bring insights & trends in the premium space for inspiration

• Building dashboards of premium card performance with key metrics to help develop the “Why Mastercard” value proposition

• Responsible for strengthening premium propositions through the Product Line Strategy (PLS) with differentiated benefits, communicating frequently with cross-functional teams

APR 2022 - APR 2023

• Responsible for leading data monitoring & business insight to ensure the Blockbuster strategic campaign is conceived, tracked, and monitored in the line with key KPIs and reporting is delivered systematically

• Role encompassing continuous involvement with technology teams including the conception and launch for the implementation of Seismic 2.0 to support the digital adoption framework our team is proposing

• Leading both quantitative & qualitative data interpretation utilising a metrics driven culture focusing on improving customer experience and participate to build a strong marketing infrastructure and governance

• Facilitated a team of 5 people for ways to increase customer usage regarding online banking potentially increasing activity by 20%

• Achieved the highest number of conversion rates by booking appointments into my diary via phone interactions

• Pioneering the ‘Digital First’ framework for current projects inside NatWest’s banking division

• Storyboarded and visualised a product roadmap for increasing customer usage for mortgage products along with their milestones and release timelines thereby increasing the efficiency of delivery planning and time estimation
